Ok, I know I'm a little late posting Devyn's birthday, but things have been a little less than calm in my life.
So on June 6, 2008 Devyn turned 7! I can now officially say my Devyn from Heaven is 7!! She thought that was pretty silly. Every time she has a birthday I just can't believe that another year has passed and I think the older she gets the faster is goes! She brings me joy everyday! She will be in 2nd grade this fall and will be attending the same elementary school that I attended. She is pretty excited!! She is the only 7 year old I know that has braces on their teeth. Some of her hobbies include: Computer time (she refers to it as dot com time), swimming, drawing and writing notes to EVERYONE!! Beware she is learning how the USPS works and has informed me that she wants to send notes to everyone she knows. The highlight of her year was getting to feed and pet the dolphins at Seaworld. My prayer for Devyn this year is that she remain healthy and continue asking complex questions about Jesus. She is a precious gift from God. Happy Birthday Sweetheart!!! Mommy loves you!
